WEATHER AND DIVING CONDITIONS

The best time for live-aboard starts from mid October until mid May with the peak being from December through to March.

This period is the generally the dry season to dive Thailand; however rainfall can still occur at the beginning and end of the season.

At only 8 degrees north from the equator, the Island enjoys a tropical climate with an average water temperature of 28°C/78°F.

To improve the quality and dive safety, and because you will be diving up to 4 times per day, WE ASK EACH OF OUR VISITORS TO BRING ALONG A DIVE COMPUTER! Although if necessary you can rent one directly from our Dive Centre.

TRANSPORTATION

We can organise at the best price your Airport pick up to save money and time as taxi drivers don’t know often each Dive Center, some times dropping you in the wrong place.
“Our drivers” know us well!
Please indicate your needs on our booking form (how many persons, to Khaolak, to Phuket), then we will confirm you the exact price.

EQUIPMENT

There is no need to overload your luggage; we are able to provide brand new Professional Diving Equipment, in full sets or individual items as per your needs.
Allow for 600 thb (about 16 € for a complete set).

If you’re bringing your own dive gear, please ensure your regulator and BCD have been properly checked and/or serviced. This is obviously for your optimum safety and to avoid delay once you are at the dive sites and ready to take the plunge.

A 3mm shorty wetsuit is usually enough but a full length 5mm suit wouldn’t be out of place especially when making 3 to 4 dives a day.
